Cuclea Solutions va poate ajuta in tot ce va doriti, nu doar in Imobiliare.

Am avut o experienta foarte placuta lucrand alaturi de Darius Cuclea. Acesta mi-a prezentat un apartament in zona Timpuri Noi, insa in perioada aceea gasisem un alt imobil de la un dezvoltator cunoscut. Domnul agent mi-a propus totusi sa vizionam si apartamentul respectiv, despre care pot sa va spun ca m-am indragostit pe loc. Pe apartamentul acesta mai exista o cerere, insa nu era nimic concretizat, iar agentia m-a ajutat sa gasesc un notar cu care sa semnez o promisiune chiar in aceeasi zi cu vizionarea!

Acum, cu 9 luni mai tarziu, pot spune ca sunt cea mai multumita de alegerea pe care am facut-o si ii multumesc Domnului Cuclea pentru indrumarea oferita.

As a foreigner, when I first got to Romania I have started to look for an apartment so I will live the hotel faster. While searching, I found an announcement from the real estate agent Darius, which I've liked.

He told me everything there was to know about the apartment, with goods and with bads, but when we've went to the viewing I have decided that I don't like it.

While we were still in the area, Darius conacted another landlord and we made the viewing in the same night. The next day I've come to sign it!
